很遺憾，目前我們不接受任何退貨或退款。每一件貨品，我們會確保良好才會寄出。
但是，如果您收到的產品有損壞, 有缺陷或產品不是你所購買之產品。

或致電（852）2814-0413， 我們將相應地作出跟進。
麻煩留意，商品圖片顔色會因拍攝燈光環境或個人熒幕設定不同，而造成部分色差現象，請以實際收到的商品顔色為準。 色差現象非屬瑕疵。
如有任何爭議，喜物Heimat 保留最終決定權。

Returns/Refund Policy
For every product that we ship, we make sure they are completely in good condition. However, if you received a product that is damaged or defective,
please contact us by email: heimatgiftshop@gmail.com or call (852)2814-0413 within 14 days, we will follow up accordingly.
Please kindly noted, we attempt to display product images as accurately as possible. However, due to the different lighting conditions in photography & the different personal screen setting, the color in the image may vary slightly for the actual color of the product. Color difference would not be considered as defective goods.
In case of disputes, Heimat reserves the right to make the final decision.
