1) 飾品會褪色嗎？

飾品戴久了是會褪色的這是正常的物理現象。 特別是合金飾品，由於不是真金所鑄造，飾品跟空氣接觸多了，就會產生氧化現象。 好好的保護飾品可令飾品的壽命延長。顔色也可保存長久一點。

2）如何保護飾品？

飾品要時常替換。盡量避免碰撞，避免化學用品，香水等噴到飾品上。要時常保持飾品乾爽。飾品濕了，要儘快用毛巾弄乾。不用時，要把飾品放入收納盒或袋子内，減少飾品跟空氣的接觸。

3）飾品是防敏的嗎？

不好意思，飾品並沒有做到防敏。但我們到目前爲止都沒有發現問題的。 不過，這都是因人而異。 如果你的皮膚屬於容易敏感，或佩戴飾品后起紅疹，麻煩立刻停止佩戴。

4）爲什麽實物顔色跟照片上的不同？

我們已盡量把色差減到最低。但商品圖片顔色會因拍攝燈光環境或個人熒幕設定不同，而造成部分色差現象，請以實際收到的商品顔色為準。色差現象非屬瑕疵。

5）飾品是否可以退貨或轉換？

因爲衛生問題，我們不接受退貨或轉換的。 不便之處，敬請原諒。

Accessories Q&A

1) Will the accessories faded?

Unfortunately, yes, especially Alloy accessories. They are not real gold, they will faded sooner or later.  It depends on how you protect them or how you wear them.

2) How to do proper care to extend the time of discoloration?

Accessories should be replaced frequently, avoid collisions, avoid chemicals, wipe with a soft cloth and dry every time you wear it. 
Please remember to keep the accessories clean & dry.When you are not wearing them, please kindly keep it in a box or a pouch.

3) Is the accessories hypoallergenic?

Sorry to inform that they are not hypoallergenic.  However, we don't find any problems of wearing them.  If you have very sensitive skin or you get rash after you wearing the accessories, please stop wearing them. 

4) Why the color of the Accessories in the photo is different than the actual product?

We attempt to display product images as accurately as possible. However, due to the different lighting conditions in photography & the different personal screen setting, the color in the image may vary slightly for the actual color of the product.  Color difference would not be considered as defective goods.

5) Is the accessories refundable or exchangeable?

No.  Due to hygiene concerns, all the accessories are non refundable and non exchangeable.
